Restaurant Summary by Allan Borgen:
The city of Claremont has many fine restaurants to choose from, one the newest and best being 50-fifty Asian Fusion Cuisine. This beautiful and serene themed restaurant features an exciting array of Thai and Asian influenced dishes created by owner Joyce Patra’s, whose own mixed Asian heritage and culinary creativity helps create a most unique and delicious menu that diners have been raving about.
My favorites include the out of this world tasty Seared Garlic Pepper Lamb, the 50-fifty Duo’s, which is shrimp and salmon all topped with a wonderful, creamy lobster sauce and finally you should try the braised short ribs which are fall-apart tender and oh so tasty.
If you’re looking to share a great appetizer you should check out the Ming’s Wings, fried crispy chicken wings with sweet and hot hints as well as the 50-fifty Clay Potted Fried Rice topped with shrimp to share with the whole family.
