China Point is one of my favorite Chinese restaurants in the Inland Empire. Located in Rancho Cucamonga, this small nicely decorated restaurant is one of those restaurants that if you are in a hurry, you should not eat here. Possibly turning customers away may seem odd, but the chef is very serious about the high quality of the food he prepares and will not take shortcuts or compromise his high standards. Remember great food cannot be rushed. The owners, Judy and Simon Chang are gracious people who really want to please all of their customers and I for one appreciate them not wanting to become a Chinese fast food restaurant. That’s why this restaurant is so special.
You must try the Honey Walnut Shrimp, Hot Szechwan Eggplant which is the BEST I’ve ever had, and the juicy, Handmade Steamed Dumplings.
