New Orleans is one of my favorite cities to dine at and lucky for us, we can enjoy some fantastic Cajun and Creole dishes right here in the Inland Empire: Welcome to Crescent Jewel Restaurant & Lounge.

Located on the corner of Sixth and Main St. across the street from the Mission Inn in downtown Riverside this upscale “hip” restaurant serves some of the finest Cajun and Creole dishes in our area. Lively Jazz music fills the airwaves while robust aromas of fresh, healthy and delicious foods being cooked filter throughout the dining room.

Dine in the large lounge area where you can enjoy your favorite beverage at the large bar, in the outdoor patio area or in the comfortable dining room. In addition to Cajun and Creole favorites, they also serve many classic American dishes that your entire family will love.

My favorite dishes were the Cajun Chicken Cobb Salad, the Pasta Jambalaya and the Shrimp and Grits is out of this world good!
