Family owned and operated, Doña Timo’s restaurant specializes in traditional as well as original Mexican dishes from the Jalisco region of Mexico. The interior is tastefully decorated and is both inviting and relaxing. Almost all of the items found on the menu are made fresh daily using the freshest and finest ingredients with each dish given special attention and lots of love. Owners Marin and Maria Padilla are gracious people who try to make you feel at home each time you visit them. It’s no wonder this restaurant is so popular with the locals!
My favorite dishes include the Siete Mares (Seafood Soup), the spicy and delicious Jalapeno Shrimp Burrito as well as the Chicken Mole Poblano. Watch my video above for more on these great eats.
