Lil’ Russo’s Italian Kitchen in Beaumont is an old-style Italian restaurant that, like their original location in Banning, is all about friendly service and great food. Featuring traditional pizzas, pastas, sandwiches and salads at very reasonable prices, Russo’s is the perfect local family restaurant. Come hungry though, because the portions are large. My favorite dishes include the Chicken Giovanni, which is two chicken breasts with mushrooms and broccoli with lemon and garlic. I love the Osso Bucco, 16oz Pork shank which is slowly cooked and is oh, so delicious. Lastly, you should try the Shrimp Fra Diablo, which is sauteed shrimp with a chili laden marinara sauce that is spicy yet addictive.
