The two dining rooms are filled with lots of western memorabilia while the massive Diamond Jim’s Saloon and Saloon is the perfect setting for your next large party. In addition to slow citrus wood smoked meats, the menu features an extensive array of salads, steaks, burgers and other outstanding items that are all made fresh daily on the premises. The menu is one of the largest you will every with some of my many favorites being the massive 10oz. Brewster Burger, the eye poppin’ 18oz. Rib Eye Steak, the Mill Creek Double Beef Sandwich with an amazing 1 full pound of sliced roast beef, the bigger than life Big Five BBQ Dinner with five types of smoked meats and all of their freshly made sides including thick sliced Onion Rings, 3 Cheese Potato & their creamy Mac & Cheese. The service is friendly and the portions are extremely large while the prices are very reasonable. They have great daily specials and a variety of live entertainment and special themed parties. When dining here, you better come hungry.
