Since 1989, this award winning family owned and operated restaurant features a nicely appointed dining room decked out with red and pink and a banquet room that is perfect for that special party. The menu focuses on the Szechwan region of China with lots of Korean influences found their dishes. The noodles are made fresh daily as are their dumplings and Kimchi. The food is delicious, and each dish has lots of flavors and textures that all great Chinese food is known for.

Some of my favorite dishes are the handmade Pan Fried Dumplings filled with beef, Napa cabbage and ginger, the spicy Three Flavored Hot Noodle Soup with fresh handmade noodles, shrimp, sea cucumber, calamari, chicken in a hot spicy chili infused chicken stock, the messy but delicious Whole Blue Crabs with Hot Sauce, their Fried Shrimp with Hot Garlic Sauce, the classic Vegetarian Egg Fu Yung topped with a garden full of Chinese veggies and tasty brown sauce, some of the best Orange Peel Beef you will find anywhere, and the Szechwan Chicken with mushrooms, bell peppers, carrots, zucchini, bamboo shoots in a mildly spicy Szechwan sauce.
